A few episodes of kidnapping, an episode of a concert and an episode of pictures. Though some of the episodes seemed to take on the same theme this week, they were very different and intriguing in their own ways. In this week's part, we have, as usual, Natsume Yuujinchou San, Ikoku Meiro no Croisée, Sacred Seven and Uta no Prince-sama.
Natsume Yuujinchou san
The 6th episode is the first part of Natsume and the meeting of Matoba clan leader. Natsume first meets the Matoba clan leader after he runs into someone who rubs blood onto him. He doesn’t think too much of that person right away and instead goes to the place the person came from to help anyone if needed. When he walks in, Matoba ends up attacking him, though the spirit there saves Natsume before anything happens.
The spirit drops Natsume, who lands on Nyanko-sensei. It’s a good thing that Nyanko-sensei happened to be where Natsume fell. Otherwise it would have been a really hard landing. Anyway, later Natsume, Nyanko-sensei and the spirit meet again, except this time they fall near a house, which happened because of one of Natori’s paper people. Natori and Natsume then go on a search to find out why the Matoba leader is nearby. They end up finding the place where Matoba is staying, and the two as well as Nyanko-sensei end up staying there as well due to an accident. Natori then goes around the inn searching for any danger, mainly for Matoba. Natsume sends Nyanko-sensei to take care of Natori, which leaves Natsume vulnerable, and causes him to get kidnapped.
Ikoku Meiro no Croisée
Yune meets up again with the obsessed, Japanese fan, Alice. She comes to Claude’s shop to borrow Yune to take pictures with her. Yune is intrigued, remembering the times that she had taken pictures with her own sister back in Japan. She doesn’t go right away since she believes that she needs to finish her cleaning of the shop before going. She’s cute with how stubborn she can be about some things. Claude doesn’t want her to go, but he wants Yune to have some freedom. He is okay with it at best as long as Yune wants it, but that does not stop him from disliking the idea.
When they get to Alice’s place, Alice thinks that Yune has to try on the various kimonos that Alice owns. Yune is fine with trying on one of the kimonos, but does not like that Alice’s maids are trying to help her dress. Thankfully, Alice’s sister, Camille comes just in time to help Yune out. Yune is able to dress herself, the correct way, in the kimono. She is even able to put a kimono on Alice, but had to end up wearing one of Alice’s dresses as compensation for it. The three then take pictures, failing most of the time. Camille was very graceful, but had a sad expression every now and then that Yune would catch. At the end of the episode, the beautiful Camille looked wistfully at Claude when Yune left with him. Claude looked her way as well. I’m assuming that there was something between the two of them at some point. Hopefully they’ll explain Camille’s expression in one of the upcoming episodes.
Sacred Seven
Tandoji really knows how to drive people away without really trying. At the beginning of the episode, Ruri has Kagami throw a note to Tandoji asking if he wants to have lunch with her. He goes to the roof in response. He seems to be very embarrassed by the attention that Ruri is giving him. After all, almost no one likes him much. Ruri comes up during lunch, but Tandoji drives her away by saying how annoying it is. She thinks that he is calling her annoying. She gets angry and upset and leaves him on the roof alone again.
He regrets it later when Ruri is kidnapped by Kijima Knight. He starts wondering what will happen to him now that he won’t be able to change safely. The only answer is to get her back, but Kenbi Yuuji ,of the research facility, tells Tandoji that they will work on getting her back. They are not sure when they will be able to, if ever. I hope that Tandoji decides to go save her with the help of Kagami if anyone’s help. No use waiting for the help of someone who only wants something in return for saving Ruri. Plus I think he is going to be the real enemy with his evil research ways.
Uta no Prince-sama
Natsuki and Satsuki. Natsuki’s episode has finally come, and his secret is that he has two personalities. Natsuki is the main and lovable personality while Satsuki is the composing and aggressive personality. Haruka meets Satsuki on her way to Hayato’s concert. She is lost and since she saw Satsuki, who she was thinking was Natsuki, she decides to ask him for directions. He tells her to get lost. A hit to the head with garbage threw him into rage mode against the ones who threw the garbage at him. Shou came by quickly before Satsuki could do too much damage and put Natsuki’s glasses on him, effectively turning him back to Natsuki.
Natsuki and Shou ended up going to the same place as Haruka, except they were going to see the new cute animal character that was to appear after Hayato’s performance. Haruka was just glad to be going with the two though she was afraid that Satsuki would appear again. She wasn’t disappointed because when Hayato dropped the mic, Natsuki’s glasses fell off and were stepped on by some annoying fans calling out to Hayato. Satsuki went into a rage and told Hayato off. He showed off by performing his new song before Haruka and Shou were able to get a different set of glasses on him to change him back. The damage was done. At the end of the episode, Haruka found out the secret of Hayato. Now to find out how the two will react around each other from now on.
