Sailor Moon's Anniversary

It seems that every time an important anniversary year comes up for an anime or manga they do something special for it. That is how Dragon Ball Kai came about. This time around Sailor Moon will be getting the anime remake. The remake will be aired in Japan next summer, though it will probably not come here because of their disappointment in what happened with the original anime here. They did not like what happened with the dubbing at all. I cannot say I blame them at all. The dubbing was not well done. It wan't the only anime that had bad dubbing though either, but it was not as nicely done as Yu Yu Hakusho.

Nonetheless, I am really excited to find out what they will be doing for the new Sailor Moon series. I liked watching it when I was a kid. It was a great show to come home and watch after a long day at school.

I won't be watching it after school this time around, but I am definitely looking forward to watching it on my free time after work. ^_^

Bakuman and the 3rd season

It's been awhile since I last posted, but I thought that the news of the 3rd season definitely deserves the return to me posting.

So the new season of Bakuman will be airing in Japan on October 6 which will be great. I do kind of wish it would start airing sooner because it seems to have been a long enough wait already, but I guess it is as good as it could be. I'm definitely looking forward to see the gang again, especially Eiji. He is just great the way he is. Very energetic.

Plus I can't wait to see how far this season will go in terms of the manga. Whether there are only three or four seasons, I am definitely excited to see how they will go with this show.
